Alerts

What is a ContentEngine Alert, and how do I set one up?

ContentEngine’s Alerts system monitors the web from our user’s point of view:

  • Provide a description of your community, as well as criteria for the alert (for example: “Trending social and news events that are relevant to my community”)
  • Choose an online channel to monitor.  Schedule searches on Google or Google Scholar for selected keywords, or subscribe to RSS or social media sources.
  • Set an Alert Sensitivity.  A ‘Low’ setting means you will only receive an Alert for the most important events
  • Map one of our AI AutoDraft templates to an Alert to automatically generate content.

Why should I use ContentEngine Alerts?

ContentEngine Alerts browse the web from your perspective, letting you know about trending events that matter to you.  By providing us with a description of your community, as well as the channel (ie. Google) and targets (ie.search keywords) you’re interested in, we can identify trending items that matter most to you and your community.  Your selected Alert Criteria (“events that are relevant to my community”) and sensitivity further contribute to our AI’s accuracy.

  • Monitor Google, Youtube, Google Scholar, and social networks
  • Save hours of research time by giving our AI criteria defining what your looking for
  • Get notifications, emails, and set up AI AutoDraft to get relevant written content and research along with your alert!
